Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sophisticated real estate experience, including acquisitions, leasing, divestitures, purchase and sale agreements, real estate finance, reciprocal easement agreements, and related development and governance documents.
• Strong drafting and writing skills, close attention to detail, solid work ethic, and immediately transferable experience.
• Strong academic background.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate real estate acquisitions, leases, divestitures, and related agreements.
• Provide guidance on real estate finance and develop governance documents.
• Draft reciprocal easement agreements and related development documents.
• Collaborate with a team on a broad range of real estate matters for end users.
