Job summary

Pita Way is seeking an In-House Recruiter/Recruiting Assistant to join our growing team. You will recruit, screen, and coordinate candidates across our expanding network of locations, working under the Director of Recruiting.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, screening, and coordinating candidates.
• Ability to conduct phone interviews and communicate with many people daily.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with HR systems and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates for Pita Way locations across the growing organization.
• Post and maintain job openings across recruiting platforms.
• Review applications and resumes.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and candidate interviews.
• Identify qualified candidates and move them efficiently through the hiring process.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and store leadership.
• Maintain organized candidate records and recruiting pipelines.
• Communicate regularly with the Director of Recruiting regarding staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Assist with recruiting efforts for new store openings.
• Help maintain adequate staffing levels across approximately 50 locations.
• Build relationships with candidates and provide a professional candidate experience.
• Assist with recruiting reports, tracking, and administrative responsibilities.
• Support additional recruiting and hiring initiatives as the company continues to grow.
