Job summary

Pita Way is seeking an In-House Recruiter / Recruiting Assistant to support hiring across approx. 50 locations. The role reports to the Director of Recruiting and offers a path toward increased responsibilities as the company grows.

The position starts in-house, with potential hybrid or fully remote arrangements as you settle into the role; remote work is not guaranteed. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating with many people, able to handle multiple

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage multiple openings simultaneously and coordinate candidates through the hiring process.
• Strong written and verbal communication with candidates and store leadership.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR support is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates for locations across the company.
• Post and maintain job openings on recruiting platforms.
• Review applications and resumes.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate scheduling with hiring managers and store leadership.
• Maintain candidate records and pipelines.
• Provide timely updates on staffing needs to the Director of Recruiting.
• Support new store openings hiring and onboarding processes.
• Build relationships with schools, referral partners, and job boards.
