Qualifications

• Experience managing accounts receivable for medical claims.
• Familiar with CPT, ICD-10 and modifiers.
• Knowledge of payer portals and claim appeals processes.

Responsibilities

• Recover and manage AR to maximize collections.
• Research and follow up on medical insurance claims.
• Prepare appeals and responses to carriers.
• Monitor denials and ensure secondary claims are processed.
• Interact with patients, providers, and payers to resolve issues.
