Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Rating/Claims Systems Analyst to support, configure, design, test and implement rating or claims systems in a hybrid environment, with in-office days 1–2 per week and potential alternate locations within commuting distance.

The role requires a BA/BS in IT or related field and 2+ years as a systems/business analyst, with preference for UAT leadership and experience in healthcare claims editing platforms. Salary ranges will reflect location and company policy.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 2 years systems analyst experience; or equivalent.
• Experience leading end-to-end UAT including test strategy, test case development, defect management and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners, Product Owners, developers and QA to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Configure and maintain ratings or claims systems, including testing and implementation.
• Document defects and coordinate with development/vendors for resolution.
• Support post-implementation and provide user training and ad hoc inquiries.
