Qualifications

• BA/BS and minimum 3 years related business analysis experience.
• Healthcare claims analysis experience in payment integrity preferred.
• Experience with Facets, Macess, and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound provider calls to verify services billed and payment expectations.
• Review claim details to determine validity before outreach.
• Meet daily outbound call targets per departmental metrics.
• Maintain QA score of 95%+ and adhere to SLAs.
• Document outcomes accurately in required systems and collaborate with internal teams.
