Elevance Health’s Carelon unit is seeking a Rating/Claims Systems Analyst to support, configure, design, test, and implement ratings or claims systems in a hybrid environment. The role collaborates with business partners, product owners, developers, QA teams, and vendors to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in IT or CS and at least 2 years of systems or business analysis experience, with preferred background in UAT and healthcare claims

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years systems analyst or business analyst experience.
• Healthcare claims editing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Configure and test ratings/claims systems and update designs.
• Translate requirements into test scenarios and cases.
• Monitor system performance and post-implementation support.
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
