Job summary

RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support financial operations, contract activities, billing, reconciliations, and customer account management in a hybrid role based in Richardson, TX.

The candidate will analyze contracts, prepare structures for bookings and billings, and ensure data accuracy for shipments to customers, collaborating across internal and external teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel including formulas and functions.
• Experience producing and modifying Microsoft Power Point presentations.
• 1+ year of experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP.
• Prepare contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed.
• Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the Warfighter and other customers.
• Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies.
• Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently, as well as complying with FAR regulations.
• Create and submit invoices to our external customers.
• Maintain complex contract reconciliations, working with internal and external customers when issues arise.
