Enterprise Mobility seeks a Rate Coordinator in Tulsa, OK to analyze car rental rates and ensure accurate billing under contract terms. You will collaborate with information management, sales, and accounts receivable to ensure rate contracts are set up correctly.
The role is in person in Tulsa with a hybrid schedule option. Typical hours are 8 per day, Monday through Friday. Candidates should have strong reconciliation, advanced Excel skills, and US work authorization.
The Rate Coordinator conducts analysis on car rental rates and ensures billings are in compliance with the contract signed by each company. This position performs research and monitors the accuracy of the contracted rate that should be billed out to our customers. This position works closely with information management, sales and the accounts receivable management team to ensure the billing rate contracts are set up correctly.
