Jobgether partner organisation in Australia is seeking a Roster and Workflow Coordinator for a fast-paced teleradiology service. Based in Western Australia with a hybrid arrangement, you will manage radiologist rosters, monitor workflows, and coordinate coverage to maintain timely reporting and patient care.

Working closely with radiologists, operations, IT, and other stakeholders, you’ll respond to changing requirements and resolve day-to-day issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain radiologist rosters to ensure coverage across teleradiology services.
• Monitor workflows and balance radiologist workloads based on availability and location.
• Manage roster changes, leave requests, availability, and coverage requirements.
• Collaborate with radiologists, Operations, IT, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Provide timely day-to-day support, respond to queries, and ensure turnaround times.
• Load-balance reporting activity across radiologists and monitor worklists.
• Investigate incomplete examinations and critical results notifications for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and provide broader administrative support for the teleradiology function.
