Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Radiology Workflow Coordinator (RWC) to support RAF radiologists, referring physicians, site technologists, and other stakeholders. The role reports to the VP of Technology and focuses on two-way communication, monitoring worklists, routing requests, and ensuring timely completion of imaging and informatics tasks.

This PRN, on-site position requires degree in healthcare IT or related field, strong customer service, and knowledge of EMR/RIS, HL7, DICOM.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, informatics, or IT is preferred.
• Customer service / support experience required.
• Experience with radiology processes in hospital/clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate radiology workflow by routing requests to facilities and staff.
• Support PACS/RIS interfaces and related clinical systems.
• Assist with new account setups, onboarding, and staff training.
• Ensure compliance of application access rights and maintain relationships.
