Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Project Manager, R&D to lead moderate complexity projects from initiation to completion. You will develop charters, management plans, WBS, and detailed schedules, while ensuring budgets and risks are monitored.

The role requires a BS or BA, 4+ years in R&D or project management, and PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred. Hybrid schedule with in-office days in Cary, IL and work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Business Administration degree required.
• 4+ years in R&D, project management, or related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate complexity projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead the team in developing the project charter and management plan.
• Create a detailed Work Breakdown Structure and Gantt charts.
• Manage budgets, risks, and resources; ensure stakeholder alignment.
