Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a Program Manager for Enterprise Software to plan, execute, and manage large software projects with a focus on risk, budget, and schedule. Onsite work at 125 Summer Street, Boston, on a hybrid schedule, with close collaboration to R&D teams.

The role requires 5+ years of program management experience in software, and familiarity with FDA Quality Systems Regulations, CE Marking, and ISO quality standards. Bachelor’s degree required; BS in Engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; BS in Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of program management experience leading software development programs.
• Experience with FDA Quality Systems Regulation, CE Marking, and ISO Quality Systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Identify and manage critical path and ensure program definition across stakeholders.
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as needed.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope.
• Maintain compliance with Stage Gate Process, quality system, and SOPs.
• Escalate issues and mitigate team conflicts and communication problems.
• Motivate team to work efficiently together.
• Leverage PM tools to develop schedules and report status.
• Create governance to ensure alignment and clear objectives.
• Maintain design history file, regulatory standards, and QMS compliance.
• Track lessons learned and share with team members.
