Wellington Management is seeking a Core Quality Engineer to join the Trading Platform Engineering team within Investment Implementation & Trading Technology. You will support business-critical applications in an asset management environment, focusing on high-quality software delivery through testing and automation.

You will work closely with technology and business partners to deliver resilient systems, implement automated tests, and improve testing practices in a fast-paced, collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Quality engineering or related roles.
• Understanding of order management systems and trade lifecycle processes.
• Experience with Selenium, Karate, UFT, or REST Assured.
• SQL and database testing knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain testing artifacts including test strategies, plans, and cases.
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
• Collaborate with development and business teams.
• Track and manage defects.
• Perform backend and database testing.
• Align with QE standards and best practices.
