Job summary

Aspen Publishing, a UWorld Company, is seeking a Quality Assurance/Operations Analyst to join the Burlington, MA-based Digital Learning & Engagement team on a hybrid schedule. You will drive QA across AspenPublishing.com, JD-Next, and other platforms, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

You will perform regression, automated, and feature testing ahead of releases and support daily platform operations, course setup, and data configuration, ensuring data accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in quality assurance, incl. manual and automated testing.
• Hands-on with test automation tools/frameworks and regression testing.
• Experience with ecommerce/SaaS/LMS platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for core platforms.
• Execute regression testing ahead of releases across platforms.
• Log, track, and triage defects; verify fixes before release.
• Administer course setup and Shopify eStore tasks.
