Job summary

Aspen Publishing seeks a Quality Assurance/Operations Analyst to join our Digital Learning & Engagement department in a hybrid role. This position focuses on QA across Aspen's digital products and platform administration, including JD-Next and Shopify-based storefronts.

You will work with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure reliable releases and accurate configuration across systems. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on QA including regression, automated, and feature testing ahead of releases.
• Experience with test automation tools/frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
• Experience with ecommerce/SaaS/LMS platform administration plus Shopify is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for core platforms.
• Execute regression testing ahead of releases across all platforms.
• Conduct functional and accessibility testing (WCAG 2.x) across new development and candidates.
• Log, track, and triage defects; verify fixes before release sign-off.
• Maintain test plans, test case docs, and known issues per platform.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure reliable releases.
