Job summary

Aspen Publishing, a UWorld Company, seeks a Quality Assurance/Operations Analyst in Burlington, MA for a hybrid role focused on QA and platform administration across Aspen’s digital products such as AspenPublishing.com and JD-Next.

You will design and run automated tests, perform regression testing, configure courses, and support eStore and data integrity while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure reliable releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of QA experience.
• Experience with automated regression testing.
• Experience with ecommerce, SaaS, or LMS platforms (Shopify a plus).
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility considerations.
• Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for core platforms.
• Execute regression testing ahead of releases across all platforms.
• Conduct functional, feature, and WCAG accessibility testing.
• Log, track, and triage defects; verify fixes prior to release sign-off.
• Maintain test plans, test case documentation, and known issues.
• Flag quality risks to Product and Engineering ahead of releases.
• Administer course setup/config for JD-Next and other products.
• Support Shopify eStore administration and investigate issues.
• Manage entitlement and product-variant data entry for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot issues across platforms; escalate to Engineering/vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors on operational and data issues.
• Handle recurring admin/ops tasks for Product/QA team.
