Job summary

Dose is seeking a QA/QC Technical eCommerce Manager to own digital quality from Shopify Plus storefronts to marketing surfaces and backend integrations. This hands-on role builds the QA program to protect conversion, data integrity, accessibility, and performance.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Growth, Lifecycle, Design, and CX to ship fast without breaking checkout or analytics. Expect end-to-end QA, automated regression, and proactive incident response.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in e-commerce QA or QA leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus storefronts, checkout and payment stacks.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, server-side tagging, data layers and pixels.
• Proficiency with Playwright and Cypress, CI/CD pipelines, and defect tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and run end-to-end QA lifecycle from requirements to production verification.
• Own regression suites for storefront, checkout, account, subscription, and CMS flows.
• Build and maintain automated tests across critical paths and devices; integrate with CI/CD.
• Govern the data layer spec and validate analytics/events across GA4 and tagging.
