Job summary

MFS is seeking a Test Automation Engineer in Boston to design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks for web apps. You will create UI tests with Java, Selenium, and Playwright, and API tests with Rest Assured, while integrating them into CI/CD pipelines and mentoring junior engineers.

The role requires 5–7 years of automation experience, Agile/Scrum familiarity, and a passion for quality engineering. Hybrid work model with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years of software QA test automation experience.
• Hands-on automation development using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG.
• Experience creating UI automation test suites and integrating tests into CI/CD.
• Experience with Jenkins and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency with Jira for defect management and test tracking.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain UI automation frameworks and test suites for web apps.
