Job summary

PSECU in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Manager of Quality Engineering to lead QA strategy, testing governance and automation initiatives across software and enterprise solutions.

You will build a high-performing QA team, partner with Product, Development, Architecture, Security, and vendors to drive release readiness and measure quality metrics. This hybrid role emphasizes impactful member experiences and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance, quality engineering, or testing leadership roles.
• Experience implementing test automation at scale.
• Experience leading QA modernization or quality transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading quality assurance efforts for complex technology initiatives and enterprise software implementations.
• Experience supporting testing activities for third-party software implementations and vendor-managed applications.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, test management platforms, and quality reporting tools.
• Knowledge of accessibility, security, and performance testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality Assurance function, including team leadership, performance management, and professional development.
• Develop, maintain, and execute the Quality Assurance strategy and roadmap, establishing standards, governance, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee testing and quality activities for internally developed applications, digital platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems, including test planning and release readiness.
• Coordinate testing with business units and third-party vendors to meet requirements and quality expectations.
• Define, implement, and manage quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting using data-driven insights.
• Drive quality engineering and test automation initiatives with stakeholders to improve delivery outcomes.
