Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking a QA Engineer to join our Quality Center of Excellence and support one of our release trains delivering software for medical diagnostics. You will advocate for quality, participate early in development, and shape acceptance criteria with developers and product owners.

You will work in a SAFe environment, collaborate across teams, and help ship well-tested software on aggressive timelines.

Qualifications

Strong communicator able to challenge assumptions in team settings.
Experience co-authoring acceptance criteria and participating in shift-left practices.
Proficiency with test case management and defect tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Zephyr).
Solid working knowledge of SQL for data validation.
Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
Exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).

Responsibilities

Participate in SAFe ceremonies and co-author clear acceptance criteria.
Design, document, and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Perform manual, exploratory, and API-level testing across multi-system environments.
Develop and maintain automated tests to add value to the framework.
Validate end-to-end workflows from order input to downstream display.
