Job summary

Lucet, a leader in behavioral health, seeks a Software Quality Analyst to ensure quality across web-based applications through the full SDLC. You will design and execute test strategies, perform both manual and automated testing with Postman and Playwright, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases.

The role supports agile teams, participates in UAT, and drives continuous QA improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Mid-level QA Engineer with end-to-end testing across releases.
• Strong SDLC and QA principles in Agile/Scrum.
• Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts (web/API).
• Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• SQL knowledge for data validation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and cases aligned to requirements.
• Execute manual and automated testing (functional, regression, API).
• Identify, track, and verify defects; work with engineering to verify fixes.
• Assess risk and report test execution and deployment readiness.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies; support UAT and release operations.
