Job summary

Quest Diagnostics seeks a Senior Engineering Leader to oversee back-end, front-end, and full-stack teams, plus QA/QC resources. In a dotted-line leadership role, you will drive process efficiency, quality improvements, and reporting while aligning with Agile teams and prioritization frameworks.

You will partner with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Architects, and Technical Leads to balance priorities, optimize resource utilization, and ensure SDLC adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development, project management, or operations with leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and execution by development teams and ensure strategic priorities are met.
• Coordinate with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Architects, and Tech Leads to align with priorities and processes.
• Provide capacity planning, performance, and utilization oversight for teams.
• Follow and assure adherence to SDLC framework.
