Inizio Engage, partnering with a leading biotechnology company, seeks a QA Associate in Wilmington, DE. The role focuses on day-to-day QA customer correspondence, mail merges, and sample retrieval material processing. You will support QA and Product Quality teams across departments with a high-volume, accuracy-driven environment.

The position is hybrid: 3 days onsite in Wilmington and 2 days remote. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a renowned biopharma services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Quality/compliance experience within pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with accuracy and strong time management.
