Soho Studio Corp is seeking a Purchasing Specialist in New York, NY (Flatiron HQ) with a hybrid work model—3 days onsite and 2 days remote. You will support procurement, inventory planning, and supplier coordination across categories to ensure timely and cost-effective material flow.

The role requires 2–5 years in purchasing or procurement, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong analytical and communication skills to work with international suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of purchasing/procurement/supply chain experience.
• Experience in building materials/home improvement or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support demand forecasting and maintain accurate purchase orders for optimal inventory flow.
• Monitor inventory levels and execute daily procurement transactions with precision.
• Collaborate with global suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely production and shipment.
