Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to independently manage priorities and stakeholders.

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and coordinating with internal and external partners.
• Knowledge of supply chain basics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Owns all purchase order placement activities, including ad hoc orders outside the standard monthly replenishment cycle.
• Tracks open orders and supplier delivery commitments to ensure timely delivery.
• Manages open orders and communicates updates to cross-functional stakeholders; escalates risks as needed.
• Coordinates with global distribution centers on receiving inquiries and issues.
• Reviews supplier delivery performance and drives continuous improvement.
• Supports monthly supply plan coordination and pricing reviews with internal teams.
