You will consolidate purchases, track orders, and maintain accurate pricing and catalogs while collaborating with the Shop Director and Production Scheduler to optimize costs and timelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years purchasing experience.
• Experience in inventory management and analytics.
• Comfortable working in a shop environment and supporting production.
• Able to follow and improve processes; strong organizational skills.
• Able to negotiate pricing and track multiple orders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and place purchase orders for materials, hardware, and supplies.
• Consolidate orders to reduce shipping costs.
• Maintain vendor pricing, lead times, and catalogs.
• Track open orders and communicate status to directors and teams.
• Receive and inspect materials and document discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
• Support shop operations with light duties during bottlenecks.
