DiaMedical USA is seeking a Purchasing and Customer Service Manager to oversee Purchasing, Customer Service, and White Glove Delivery teams in Farmington Hills, MI. The role focuses on sourcing strategies, vendor relations, and service excellence for healthcare and educational clients.

You will lead procurement decisions, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain high customer satisfaction while driving process improvements across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related field with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with vendor management and inventory/supply chain.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes purchasing strategies ensuring pricing, terms, delivery, and compliance are met.
• Manages vendor relationships and conducts business reviews.
• Oversees Customer Service and White Glove Delivery teams.
• Provides reports on sales forecasting and vendor performance.
• Collaborates with Marketing to ensure product information.
