Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, consulting, or project management.
• Strong consultative presence with excellent listening, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements with a consultative mindset and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Analyze client budgeting workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Deliver advisory and project-based work on time and materials engagements.
• Support Day 2 implementations through to full-scale optimization initiatives.
• Translate client needs into technical requirements and collaborate with developers and cross-functional teammates.
