Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 course or 3 months experience in multi-line telephone system.
• 1 course or 3 months experience in personal computer usage.
• 3 months training or 3 months experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Responds to requests for materials and claim status inquiries by phone, mail, or in person.
• Refer clients to other sources and assist in problem resolution.
• Counsels and follows up to maintain conditions favorable to victims when needed.
• Record detailed info from conversations in the database accurately.
