Job summary

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) invites applications for the Intensive Community Based Services Coordinator (Program Analyst 3) role in Salem. This position focuses on strengthening community-based behavioral health supports for children, youth, and families and overseeing the IIBHT program statewide.

You will work with hospitals, crisis centers, and providers to implement trauma-informed, equitable services, guiding program improvements and policy direction to ensure reliable, high‑quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral or Social Sciences and four years experience coordinating or administering a program.
• OR seven years of experience or education equivalent to the knowledge and skill requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects and guide program improvements for the Intensive In‑home Behavioral Health Treatment (IIBHT) program.
• Collaborate with hospitals, crisis centers, and providers to implement statewide services effectively and equitably.
• Support policy direction and help partners navigate challenges to ensure high‑quality care for youth and families.
• Contribute to leadership activities within the behavioral health unit and related service areas.
