Responsibilities

• Maintain PTO rules for Union, Statutory, and Customer in the EMS and EPay systems.
• Maintain wage and hour, pay, and adjustment rules across EMS and EPay.
• Obtain and document new Union agreements, statutory laws, and customer agreements impacting PTO and wage rules.
• Maintain knowledge of union contracts, statutory rules, and customer agreements.
• Drive EPay rollout by supplying essential rules and data for pay calculations.
• Collaborate with Operations to roll out EPay by researching site-specific rules.
• Provide accurate system reports to FP&A, Accounting, HR and Operations.
• Reconcile monthly PTO balances with balance sheet accruals and investigate discrepancies.
