Job summary

Geode Health in Georgia is seeking a Mental Health Provider (Psych PA or PMHNP) to deliver psychiatric care, including evaluations, medication management and psychotherapy. The role combines in-person and telehealth with a hybrid schedule and strong team support.

Qualifications

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in Georgia.
• Active DEA license to prescribe controlled substances.
• Active CDS (Illinois providers only) if applicable.
• Commitment to high-quality psychiatric care.
• Experience working in outpatient psychiatry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver psychotherapy as clinically appropriate.
