Job summary

Geode Health is expanding its behavioral health team in the Athens area. We seek a Psychiatric PA or PMHNP to provide psychiatric care, conduct initial evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage medications with psychotherapy as needed.

This role operates with a hybrid schedule, mostly three days onsite and two days telehealth, with the potential for a four-day week. Earn between $140,000 and $160,000 annually, with competitive compensation, CME support, full benefits, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of posting.
• Active DEA license.
• Active CDS (Illinois Providers only).
• Passion for high quality care.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and maintaining up-to-date electronic health records.
• Willingness to see a broad spectrum of mental health conditions.
• Geode prefers APPs with 1+ year of outpatient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Medication management and supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists within an integrated care team.
