Geode Health, a rapidly growing national outpatient mental health provider, seeks an Advance Practice Provider (Psych PA or PMHNP) in Savannah, GA. You will collaborate with Psychiatrists and Therapists to evaluate patients and manage treatment plans in a hybrid model.

We offer a balanced schedule with three days onsite and two days telehealth, with potential for a four-day week. Competitive pay, CME time off, and full benefits accompany this role.

Formación

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of Georgia
• Active DEA license
• Active CDS (Illinois Providers only)
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and maintaining accurate EHRs
• Desire to treat a broad spectrum of mental health conditions
• Outpatient APP experience preferred, with 1+ year in APP role

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial mental health evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Manage medication and provide supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate
• Work in an integrated care team with psychiatrists and therapists
• Balance onsite and telehealth duties under a hybrid schedule
