Blue Cross And Blue Shield Of Minnesota seeks a Provider Partner to manage day-to-day relationships with small healthcare providers, ensuring operational efficiency, contract compliance, and effective engagement. You will support negotiation, onboarding, and issue resolution with internal teams.

The role is hybrid, combining in-office collaboration two days weekly with remote work rest of the week, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and 401k.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related contracts and/or legal professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily provider interactions, resolve operational issues, and log inquiries.
• Negotiate provider contracts within established guidelines and timelines.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for small providers.
• Analyze contracting and financial data to identify opportunities.
• Monitor adherence to contract terms and maintain records.
