Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a Provider Partner to manage day-to-day relationships with small healthcare providers, ensuring contract compliance and timely engagement. You will support negotiation, onboarding, and issue resolution while coordinating with finance, credentialing, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities include analyzing contracting data to identify value opportunities, monitoring performance against budget, and maintaining accurate provider records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related contracts and/or legal professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with small healthcare providers; ensure operational efficiency, contract compliance, and engagement.
• Negotiate provider contracts within guidelines; prepare reports on negotiation status and outcomes.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for small providers using standardized templates.
• Analyze contracting and financial data to identify opportunities for improved provider engagement and contract value.
• Monitor adherence to contract terms and budget targets; maintain provider records.
