Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience can substitute

• Knowledge of dental terminology and CDT preferred

Responsibilities

• Assists providers with contracting, credentialing, and signing agreements.
• Maintains provider network database and supports data quality initiatives.
• Conducts field visits to educate providers and staff.
• Responds to provider inquiries and resolves non-routine issues.
• Coordinates between departments to correct claims processing and policy updates.
