Job summary

USAble Life is seeking a Provider Network Manager in Florida. The role focuses on building and maintaining a large dental provider network, negotiating contracts, and promoting plan policies. You will support providers and staff with training, coordinate with departments to optimize claims, and participate in provider committees.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of business concepts, practices, and procedures to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, CDT, dental procedures, and products is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Ability to work within time constraints and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret varied business materials and legal documents.
• Ability to interpret complex instructions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manages a large, complex dental provider network and recruits/maintains provider rapport.
• Promotes positive relationships with providers and associations.
• Trains providers on plan policies and procedures for office staff.
• Promotes tech solutions to reduce administrative costs and improve retention.
• Coordinates with multiple departments to correct claims processing and policy changes.
• Attends provider committee meetings to represent the company’s position.
