Job summary

Integrative Emergency Services (IES) seeks a Provider Credentialing Coordinator to work with health care Providers, MSOs, and CVOs to secure and maintain privileges at facilities. Hybrid work is available at the North Dallas corporate office (TX 75244).

This role focuses on managing credentialing files, verification of licensure, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely privileging. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of credentialing experience, strong MS Office skills, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year credentialing experience required.
• Credentialing experience in provider privileging process is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business through initial and reappointment processes.
• Prepare credentialing files for required ACOs and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with facility and verification services to complete privileging; ensure accuracy and follow-up.
• Maintain and update company database with licensure, demographics, and privileged providers.
• Support hospital credentialing efforts for new clients and ensure compliance with policies.
