Job summary

Integrative Emergency Services, LLC (IES) seeks a Provider Enrollment Coordinator to manage enrollment with government and commercial plans, including CAQH maintenance, and to handle AR on hold until provider numbers are assigned. The role is hybrid, based at our Dallas, TX office at 4835 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy, Dallas, TX 75244.

Responsibilities include completing CAQH applications, submitting electronic enrollments, communicating with payers and clinicians, and maintaining accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with clinicians, payers, and internal staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel and CAQH processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete CAQH applications for new and existing providers and maintain CAQH reporting.
• Submit applications electronically to payers and track status until approval.
• Communicate with payers, clinics, and staff to expedite enrollment and maintain records.
• Update enrollment status in databases and generate reports for management.
• Work with billing teams to resolve enrollment issues and AR on hold.
• Maintain knowledge of state payer requirements and multi-state enrollment processes.
