Job summary

Integrative Emergency Services, LLC (IES) is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to lead day-to-day management of clinician contracting, including physicians, APPs, CRNAs, and other clinicians, from request through execution. Hybrid work is based at our Dallas office.

You will draft, review, and execute employment and independent contractor agreements, manage templates and workflows, ensure SLAs, and support ongoing contract lifecycle improvements to quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in Contract Management or related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Contract Management processes.
• Understands a variety of contracts and the provisions.

Responsibilities

• Draft a high volume of Employment and Independent Contractor Agreements and related documents.
• Review contracts for accuracy and align with standards; coordinate with Legal Counsel on non-standard terms.
• Create, update, and maintain contract management systems, workspaces, and records.
• Manage contracting process from request to execution; coordinate signatures and follow up on items.
• Track renewals, amendments, terminations, and archive executed agreements.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract terms and processes.
• Conduct contract audits to identify missing or outdated information and drive improvements.
• Improve contract lifecycle processes and tooling to ensure policy adherence.
