Qualifications

• Ability to handle confidential information and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare credentialing information for client contracts and review documents.
• Perform primary source verifications and follow up on discrepancies.
• Enter provider credentialing data into web-based databases and reconcile records.
• Maintain credentialing files and support annual payer audits.
• Respond to inquiries from practitioners and payers in a timely manner.
