Job summary

USA Lacrosse seeks an experienced Manager, Prospect Research & Portfolio Development to lead prospect research and portfolio development for major gifts. You will build the research program, support donor pipelines, and provide data-driven insights to help Major Gift Officers make strategic decisions.

The role partners with the VP, Philanthropy and the Foundation team in a hybrid, headquarters-based setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in prospect research or donor analysis, ideally nonprofit.
• Ability to research, analyze donor and market data, and summarize findings.
• Experience producing profiles, briefs, and dashboards for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads prospect research strategy to identify and qualify donors.
• Identify new major gift prospects by region and capacity with data
• Synthesize research into concise reports and briefing materials for leadership.
• Maintain Salesforce dashboards, lists, and data integrity.
