Arch Insurance invites motivated students to join an 8-week summer internship in Farmington, CT. You will gain hands-on experience in property facultative underwriting, learning from underwriters and the assistant underwriting team through observation and practical application.

Travel to other Arch office locations for training, marketing, and events is part of the program. Strong communication and Excel skills are preferred, with a GPA of 3.0+ and sophomore–senior status expected to graduate

Formación

• Actively pursuing area of study Risk Management, Economics, Business, Communications, or relevant program.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
• College level - current sophomore, junior, or senior with expected graduation between Dec 2027 - May 2029.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in education sessions and learn underwriting processes.
• Assist the underwriting team with research and information to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with interns on capstone project and travel to other office locations as needed.
