Job summary

Manatal is seeking a Project Manager to lead low voltage and security design projects from planning through construction administration in Denver, with hybrid flexibility. The role requires coordinating with architects, MEPs, and owners across healthcare and data center environments.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of low voltage design/consulting and certifications like BICSI RCDD or PMP, plus proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD. Hybrid schedule and strong client leadership are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of low voltage technology design or consulting experience with project leadership
• Experience in healthcare, higher education, government, or data center facilities
• Knowledge of structured cabling, audiovisual, and security systems; familiarity with BICSI and TIA standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly with clients
• Consistent employment history at prior firms

Responsibilities

• Lead owner and design team meetings and document decisions
• Manage design fees, labor budgets, staffing, schedules, and scope changes
• Direct low voltage system design including cabling, audiovisual, nurse call, access control, surveillance
• Coordinate technology requirements with architects, MEP engineers, and owners
• Oversee drawings and specifications and review deliverables for quality
• Support hands-on structured cabling design and limited Revit production as needed
• Review submittals and RFIs, observe construction, and document design-issues
• Guide technology designers and communicate progress to clients
