Qualifications

• Experience with Fair Housing laws and practices.
• 3+ years of property management, housing operations, leasing/occupancy, or related experience.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, inspections, and vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel locally throughout the Columbus area.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned portfolio of residential properties.
• Oversee leasing, occupancy, transfers, move-ins, move-outs, and lease administration.
• Coordinate property inspections, maintenance activities, and unit turns.
• Serve as the primary contact for residents, providers, guardians, and vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance, work orders, property conditions, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting within Yardi and other property management systems.
