Responsibilities

• Maintenance: Execute daily work orders including minor plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, drywall patching, and painting.
• Maintenance: Prep vacant units for move-ins (turnovers).
• Maintenance: Walk the property daily to keep grounds and common areas clean.
• Maintenance: Seasonal HVAC filter checks, smoke detectors, exterior lighting.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance tools and supplies.
