You will partner with Real Estate, Construction, Store Operations, Accounting/Finance, Risk Management, and Tax teams, acting as the main contact for Field and Store Operators and driving value through timely, compliant lease resolutions. Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to read and interpret real estate documents.
• Demonstrated understanding of financial statements and general ledger entries.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to negotiate and interface with management.

Responsibilities

• Cross‑Functional Collaboration with Real Estate, Construction, Store Operations, Accounting/Finance, Risk Management, and Tax teams.
• Serve as primary point of contact for Field and Store Operators.
• Lease Administration & Compliance including risk assessment and deadlines.
• Maintain compliance for leases, terminations, subleases, easements, license agreements, and estoppels.
• Investigate and resolve property‑related issues and disputes.
• Negotiate financial settlements related to easements and highway takings.
• Oversee property inspections, store closures, and turnover of leased premises.
