• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and other documents.
• Conduct research and write analyses on coverage and bad-faith issues.
• Manage matters to meet court, client and internal deadlines.
• Communicate with clients on case developments, strategy and next steps.
• Collaborate with partners and teams to develop litigation strategies.
• Contribute to a service-oriented team and maintain high-quality work.
